SolarWinds Database Mapper (both on-premises and SaaS versions) is going to be moved to end of sale and end of life status. In preparation, we have removed both versions from our quoting tool effective February 6, 2023" 

Below is the transition period schedule:

  • February 28th, 2023: external end of sale announcement - SolarWinds will issue an End of Sale/Life communication to all active Database Mapper customers.
  • March 31, 2023: end of engineering (EOE) - new service releases, hotfixes, etc., for SolarWinds Database Mapper will no longer be supported by our engineering team. However, we will address and remediate security fixes, and customers will still receive technical support until the EOL date.
  • February 28th, 2024: end of life (EOL) - SolarWinds will no longer provide technical support for Database Mapper after this date.
